There's just so much potential for an amazing season with this story, and I'm surprised Murphy has yet to even think about turning it into a season. Not that he was bad in Party Monster, but it leaned so heavily into camp, that it just didn't live up to it's full potential.īut I wouldn't want the whole focus to be on Michael Alig, unless it truly shows what a legit 'Party Monster' he was.
And honestly as great as Culkin was in Red Tide just recast him as Alig, maybe with a better script/director he'd be able to play the part even better.
